The château occupies around 450 m² on 4 levels, with most rooms overlooking the gardens.
The park, two large terraces and swimming pool face south.
The windows combine authenticity and comfort thanks to their heat-resistant double glazing, ideal for the hot summer months. Please note that there is no air conditioning in this rental.
Outdoor areas
The park is beautifully landscaped, with a gazebo covered with climbing roses, a large 5.5×12 m saltwater swimming pool, a large terrace with sun loungers and two covered dining areas, tennis and pétanque courts with rackets (adults and children) and balls available, a tree house, and a shower room.
The outdoor kitchen includes a dishwasher, a convection oven, a large 5-burner gas stove and a Weber charcoal barbecue.
First floor
Kitchen: Gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

How to get here
By Plane
The nearest airports are Béziers (20 minutes away by car) and Montpellier (40 minutes away), the former served by Ryanair and the latter by Easyjet. Other airports include Nîmes and Carcassonne, both 1 hour 15 minutes away.
By car
Take the A9, then exit at Bessan. Then take the D28 towards Marseillan, and you’ll reach the house in 10 minutes. Alternatively, take the A75 south, then the A9 towards Sète/Montpellier, exit at Pézenas, then take the D13 from Pézenas to Bessan and finally the D28 towards Marseillan.
